Seacourt Hall AGM and Call for Public Representatives

Monday 10th October – 7pm at Seacourt Hall – All welcome

Please come along to the Seacourt Hall AGM to learn more about your local community hall, ask questions or make suggestions. Seacourt Hall is situated below the library in West Way Square and provides modern, flexible facilities to hire and many different activities for our growing community.

The Seacourt Hall Management Committee is a registered charity with trustees nominated by regular hall user groups, North Hinksey Parish Council, and public representatives. The committee meets around 4 to 6 times a year. We are now open for nominations for public representatives.

Any North Hinskey parishioner aged over 18 may put their name forward to be a Charity Trustee. Nominations should be sent to the Treasurer by 5pm on Monday 26th September to:

Public representatives will be elected as Charity Trustees at the AGM.
